I bought this Mike&Chris Bailey's Hoodie dress. It cost me an arm AND a leg. But I love it. I shouldn't have, but I did. Vanity!!!!

Each 1gb USB 2.0 memory stick is a unique conversation piece. It is a striking juxtaposition to see these classic wooden creations stuck alonside the postmodern lines of our cutting-edge laptops.

ramen
J came to visit good old SF a week ago so we had to go for a ramen run. This place is in downtown San Mateo – Himawari.
My FAV. Calamari – orgasmic!!!
And of coz we ate more than that, with one bowl of ramen each and about 5 appetizers. Yes, we are gluttons. But how often do we get to hang out with J now that he is working in NYC(excuses, excuses)?
The following sunday (3 days ago) I brought another visiting friend – Flying Takko and his missus there too. Had almost the same food but more... ... (A sign of addiction? you can't blame me though)
I am trying to gain some weight here!

Missing
I’ve just watched a tv show. A whole lot of people were missing due to an accident. Everyone is busy looking for their loved ones and friends who were involved. Missing. Lots of people are missing.
Now I am worried. Will someone come for me when I am missing?
Will there?
Being alone here. I am a little worried for myself now. Just a little.
When I moved here alone, no friends, no phone, no tv, no computer. The thought of me corpse rotting away in my bathtub for weeks before the neighbor complains did cross my mind. Luckily it did not happen.
Same thing now. Except I do have a friends, 2 phone lines, a tv and a laptop. The same thought still crossed my mind. Except for the fact that my colleagues might suspect a thing or two after one day of MIA (“Where’s SWK??? She better get her ass down here and finish this mechanical, or else!”).
I am scared.

Where’s the couch?
I was taking my shower and
1) I shampooed and rinsed my hair, then proceeded to pick up the shampoo bottle and almost shampooed again.
2) Intended to condition the hair but picked up the body wash and almost made the mistake.
3) Almost swipe my handful of facial wash on my hair thinking it is the shampoo.
I am almost out of my mind, almost.
Who wants to pay for my therapy?

Two Sea-Tac luggage handlers arrested for theft
By Seattle Times staff
SEATAC -- Two young baggage handlers who are accused of stealing everything from cigarettes to laptops to credit cards were arrested last week in two separate incidents that have airport officials looking into whether those thefts were just the tip of an iceberg.
Bob Parker, a spokesman for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, said a 22-year-old man was arrested on Thursday last week after an investigation by Port of Seattle detectives into the suspect's cigarette selling side business.
"He was selling a lot of cigarettes and detectives initially thought he was selling them for somebody who got them off a truck or something, but it turns out he was going through the luggage and taking anything he thought he could sell," said Parker.
The second arrest, of a 22-year-old on Friday, resulted from an investigation into a credit card theft that began in Bellevue, Parker said.
The 22-year-old had tried to use a credit card at a shop in Bellevue, police were called and the credit card owner said she'd last seen her card when she was at the airport.
Read the rest here.
What's wrong with these people? They are hired to handle everyone's most personal belongings and theft occurs. It is like doctors killing their patients, you know what I mean? And those fucking airlines don't let you bring this and that on board. Then what should I do now? FedEx my stuff to my destination?
I am so pissed with all these crap.

Airline Fucking Thieves!!!
Man Tracks Down And Gets Prosecuted Baggage Handler Who Stole His Camera, Delta (An American Airline) Still Won't Refund.
Delta won't refund Charles' money after his camera was stolen from his luggage by a baggage checker, even after he tracked the camera down on eBay and got the thief fired, arrested, and prosecuted.
Delta's position is that, "We must respectfully deny your request for a full refund of your trip since travel did commence."
Using that rationale, it wouldn't matter if a stewardess stabbed you repeatedly in the chest and barfed on your wounds. As long as you got to where you were going, everything is copasetic.
The theft occurred in August of 2005, and Charles is still trying to pry a refund from Delta's mangy paws.
Inside, find a treasure trove of documentation, showing his correspondence with Delta, the TSA, Port Authority police services, the New Jersey prosecutor's office, and the winning bidder on his camera on eBay...
click here to read the full story. Makes my blood boil!!!!
I had my freaking camera stolen the same way, while taking United Airlines. I have an EMPTY camera case at the end of my flight. And they refuse to take any responsibility or acknowledge any shit. I will never take Delta nor United in my life ever again. I rather swim.
May that stealing fucker rot in hell.

I’m busy and lazy
So posts have been late. And this is a week late.
The girls and I went on a weekend getaway trip down to SoCal. Luckily, the weather was weirdly nice. Sunny days and hot springs. Though the air gets a little chilly at night, it is still better than SF.
Day Uno
We started our journey around 10 AM. We stopped by Carmel after a 2 hour drive for some quick shopping @ the Coach store and had lunch at a cozy Italian restaurant we picked randomly. I want to live in Carmel. If I am rich and retired. The downtown is so clean, compared to SF, where we have all those homeless bums littering around.
Then we decided to take Highway 1, which is a phenomenal but winding drive. A little intimidating as if you go down, there is the 90% chance you will end up floating in the Pacific. But it is beautiful, driving in the day makes it so much nicer and safer I would recommend.
ValentinesVomitines’s day special (which is available throughout the month of Feb), and after some hassling and haggling, we finally got what we wanted.
So we missed our hot springs appt for 530 PM due to the hotel issue and also this inconsiderate elderly couple who drove at the speed of turtles along the ONE-lane highway caused several cars to accumulate behind them before they finally stopped at a vista point so the whole world can continue to spin!!! Gosh!
We went to Santa Barbara instead and it was a good thing. Another 2 hours of driving (who’s complaining? I wasn’t driving throughout the whole trip!) and worrying as we were running outta gas and there is no gas station all the way. WTF right? Have to keep that in mind the next time I go down there again.
And I like Santa Barbara, except for the name. hahaha. It is a slightly bigger Carmel with even more goodies. We drove in and went around until we finally found the downtown. Shopped a little but the stores all close at like 7PM. Then we ate at this yummy Indian restaurant (it was a struggle between Indian or beloved Chipotle for Mexican). I was hoping the curries will not give me a burn internally as we are going for the hot tubbies tomorrow!
On our way back to Morrow Bay, we saw so much stars! In the sky! So happy! There was no civilization along the freeway, no buildings thus no lights. Thus we are able to see the stars twinkling. I know they are always out there, just waiting to be discovered.
Got back really late but we die also have to use the (kinda lame) jaccuzi we have in our balcony. We paid more for it! It was freezing and the water didn’t get very hot either. However, it was really funny as Shinta shaked the Champagne bottle before popping it open!!! Try to imagine the eruption of the champagne and how much was wasted!!! So silly.
Day Dos
Nothing, really nothing beats waking up between ultra fluffy pillows and a crackling fireplace right at the feet of your king size bed! Nothing! It was heavenly.
Had a R&R breakfast by the bay before heading out to Avila Beach (30 mins away) where the mineral springs tubbies are. The staff were so nice at the Sycamore Springs and we were treated to a private mineral spring called, yes you guess it right, “Tubby”. They all had different names but I am glad ours is named the way it is - a tub!
Even after a shower, we still smell like mineral water, or rather sulphur. But that didn’t stop us from driving to San Luis Obispo (SLO) where we met Sayaka’s friend Paul who brought us to have a delicious Mexican dinner. THE HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE IS THE FREAKING BEST IN THE WORLD. And I stuffed my face with as much food as I can, as always.
Paul lives in SLO so he was naturally the best guide to show us around. The creek that runs thru the downtown, the local bar, and the very first Mission in California (or USA?). we eventually ventured into this store call “The Nest”, and I wanted to buy everything they sell!
The creek
Finally, we have to head home. It is a freaking 4 hours’ drive back to SF. I napped or daydreamed in the back of the car. Took some really nice photos of the rainbow we saw. Ahhh…. The rainbow. What a nice way to round up the whole trip. The rainbow. Gave me a little hope about the things I was daydreaming about.

I saw the Moo-moos along the way, and smelled them too...You can't tell where Heaven & earth meets or ends.
We finally reached our Morrow Bay hotel check-in, where they MUST screw up something with our reservation (god forbid you have a smooth check-in).
