We're having a Memorial weekend BBQ party tomorrow and a house guest, so there's a need to fix up our house asap. These are his old dining chairs and the old cushion (see far left chair) is kinda nasty. During our previous trip to Ikea, we picked up these awesome outdoor fabric, throw in a staple gun plus a Macho man...... Voila! Fresh update on the otherwise dingy dining set.
Now we are ready to have a BBQ!!!

I see old arm chairs discarded by the side of the road and always wonder how much effort it would take to upholster them....and i think you've just simplified the whole process to fabric + staple gun! hahaha.
I think I will take baby steps and start with dining chairs first. I still have a bunch of old lamp bases I picked up at flea markets waiting for me to 're-shade' :)
heehee yeah it is always hard. this project to reupholster the cushions has been lying around forever, i finally got the motivation to take action coz it's summer! we'll be spending soem time on those chairs now, or rather my butt will.
It was super easy, i cut the fabric, ben went bang bang bang with the staple gun (unscrewing them from he chairs first) and we r done! might be harder with arm chairs i heard. plus u need better fabric for those.
