I took out my nose piercing because it was getting infected from the physical + emotional stress of the move.

I only wanted to clean and replace the star with my previous red/silver stud.

Then I couldn't put it back anymore.

I tried for like 5 mins.

If you know me, you'd know how hard it is for me to even look at the pierce itself. Plus the swelling didn't help.

So I gave up.

I almost cried.

I'll wait for it to heal.

Then pierce it again. Waahaahaaaaa... ...

Just when I kinda decided to go home for X'mas, I found no tickets for me to go home. Well, correction, I meant no CHEAP/NORMAL priced tickets to go home. Those airlines! Totally incredibly irritating case of Demand causing over-priced Supply.

Boxes and boxes... ...and pleasant surprises.

I've so many stories and pictures to share you you guys about my move. Actually, it is not over yet. I AM still in the process. Still living within boxes and driving a rental car for like ALMOST 3 WEEKS!!!

well at least I didn't pay for it.

Speaking about boxes, I tried to clear them out. The keyword is TRIED. Everytime I empty one out, another 2 pop out from another corner. well. It doesnt help that I don't have any furniture to put my stuff in.

So, despite my fight with boxes, I received one in the mail a few days ago. A special one coz it came with LOVE all the way from London, courtesy of a good friend A.

guess what's inside? The best part is I didn't even know who sent it. Until I searched the bottom of the box.What does it look like?GRASS!!!GRASS!!! AND MORE GRASS!!!

I cannot say how much I love this. Also, believe it or not, I was actually thinking about getting them myself a few days b4 this arrived. SERIOUSLY. How creepy is that? Why would the two of us be thinking about faux grass at the same time? How creepy is that? Maybe that's why we are still friends ;)

Speaking of creepy thing, (you guys like how I lead into my topics?) I was driving the same road to work every morning. The ride is usually pretty smooth. ABout 10 mins if I am lucky to not get one red light at all. the least I got is 1, and altogether I passed about 7 lights.

I just got back from loading stuff into my new crib. I totally forgot to take pics of it B4 the boxes overtook the space. But everytime I look at the bath tub, it seems to grow wider and wider. Quoting the 312pounds moving man (he told me his weight voluntarily!) when he saw the tub: DANG!

note: I am *heart-ing* blogging more than ever now as it is so easy for me to spread share my news to all the people who care I care.

p.s. I saw a really cute, adidas-wearing guy at Whole Foods, but he didn't even look at me. It's ok, he is still cute and I will see him again.

The agency that moved me

I did not take these shots, but they are so nice huh?

My past two days at work are futile. I didn't do much as it was mainly orientation and me on the phone changing my billing/mailing address on countless banks, phone, credit cards, store cards, mag subscriptions and many more nonsense.

The Creative Dept. But yours truly sits downstairs in the Interactive Dept.

There's about 155+ employees in this 8 years old full service multi-million agency. Founded mainly by 2 very smart guys. A great change from my previous multi-national company, this is a local, one outlet place. So the bosses are walking in the same hallway as I do. Making decisions just got much easier and faster(I hope).

I haven't get my first assignment YET. I shouldn't jinx myself by saying I'm so free at work. Personally, I gots shit to do. Movers coming tomorrow, as well as my mattress delivery guys.

Oh yes, I forgot to say I got my apt. YAY!

It's a 1-bedroom walkup condo unit on the top (2nd) floor. The bath tub is as big as a full size bed... (*wink, wink* shawna!) with my own washer and dryer and a tiny balcony.

It feels good not to be homeless anymore. Funny that I felt liberated after I got those keys. Funny.

Can't wait to blog from my new crib.
